This Privacy Policy explains what information KISSTOY collects when you visit or buy from kisstoy.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language, because a policy you cannot read is not really a policy.
Who we are
kisstoy.com is operated by LOVEQUARTET HK LIMITED, FLAT/RM A 12/F ZJ300 300 LOCKHART ROAD WANCHAI HK. Where this policy says "we" or "us", it means that company. If you want to reach a person about anything on this page, write to support@kisstoy.com.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address, billing address and phone number. We need these to take the order, ship it and talk to you about it.
When you pay: we do not receive or store your full card number. Payment details go directly to our payment processor, which handles them under its own security standards. What comes back to us is confirmation that a payment succeeded, the card type and the last four digits.
When you browse: pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived at the site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
When you choose to give it: your email address if you subscribe, your details if you register a product for warranty, and anything you write to us in a message or review.
What we do with it
We use your information to fulfil your order, to provide support, to prevent fraud, to meet our legal obligations, and — where you have agreed to it — to send you marketing.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the store work: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email platform and our analytics provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Anything we no longer have a reason to hold, we delete.
Your choices
You can ask us to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time, either through the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.
To exercise any of these, email support@kisstoy.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify who you are first, which protects you rather than us.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function — the cart and the checkout will not work without them. We also use analytics cookies to understand how the store is used, and marketing cookies to measure advertising. You can accept or decline the non-essential ones through the banner when you first visit, and change your mind at any time through the same control. Blocking all cookies in your browser will break the cart.
Children
This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to support@kisstoy.com and we will delete it.
International transfers
We operate internationally, which means your information may be processed in a country other than your own, including outside the EEA and the UK. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so on the site.
