Free shipping over $49

Orders of $49 or more ship free. Below $49, shipping is a flat $5.90.

How long it takes

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are processed on the next business day.

These are the windows we hit reliably rather than the fastest we have ever managed. Customs clearance, weather and carrier backlogs can occasionally push a parcel past them, and if that happens to your order we would rather you heard it from us.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, with a small number of destinations excluded. If we cannot ship to your address, checkout will tell you before you pay rather than after.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with a tracking number when your parcel leaves. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating after you receive it — that gap is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Packaging

Your order ships in plain outer packaging, with no product names or images on the outside of the parcel.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may attract import duty, tax or a customs handling fee. These are set by your own country and are not included in what you pay us. They are the recipient's responsibility. We declare every parcel accurately, as the law requires.

If your parcel does not arrive

Email support@kisstoy.com with your order number. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or the window above has passed, we will open a trace with the carrier and stay with it until it is resolved. If the parcel is confirmed lost we will replace it or refund you.

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address is the most common cause of a failed delivery. Please check yours at checkout — we ship to the address exactly as entered.
