These terms govern your use of kisstoy.com and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them.
1 · Who you are contracting with
kisstoy.com is operated by LOVEQUARTET HK LIMITED, FLAT/RM A 12/F ZJ300 300 LOCKHART ROAD WANCHAI HK ("we", "us", "our").
2 · You must be 18 or over
This store sells products intended for adults. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe this is not the case.
3 · Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation — not when you place the order and not when you receive an order confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do, where: the product is out of stock; there is an error in the price or the description; we cannot verify your payment or delivery details; or we reasonably suspect fraud or resale.
4 · Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any import duty or tax charged by your own country. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already dispatch-confirmed.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
5 · Product information
We work to make product descriptions, images and specifications accurate. Colours vary between screens, and packaging and minor specifications can change without notice. If a product you receive is materially different from how it was described, the Returns & Warranty page applies.
6 · Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to impersonate anyone, to interfere with how the site works, to scrape or copy it systematically, or to buy for commercial resale without our written agreement.
7 · Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, video, logos, product names and design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
8 · Reviews and anything you post
If you submit a review, a photo or any other content, you keep ownership of it and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the store. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that you do not have the right to submit. We may remove content that breaches this.
9 · Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10 · Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delay, natural events, strikes or a failure of public networks.
11 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
12 · Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
