How do I clean it?

Warm water and a mild, unscented soap, then air dry. Don't use alcohol or anything abrasive on the silicone. Full routine on the Care & Cleaning page.

Can I use it in the shower?

Yes — it's IPX7, fully submersible and rinse-clean. Keep the charging dock dry — that's the only rule.

How long does a charge last?

About 50 minutes of use from a full charge (around 180 minutes to charge). The battery display shows what's left.

What does the box look like when it arrives?

Plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside says what's inside.

How do I register the warranty?

Scan the QR on the VIP card inside your box, or go to kisstoy.com/vip. Registering extends your warranty from 12 to 24 months.

Which lubricants are safe with this material?

Water-based lubricants only. Silicone-based lubricants can degrade silicone over time.
